HSC - Music for Exams and Competitions

There are many pieces on the website that are ideal for exams, competitions and auditions. Australian students will be familiar with the concept of the HSC (Higher School Certificate) - for players in other countries, this exam is the final exam in secondary school.

Secondary School - Final exams (HSC)

Note that while all of the compositions here have been written in the last decade, not all of the pieces represent the musical style of our time, so the following list has two categories - Music of the Last 25 Years (contemporary musical language) and General (music in the style of earlier composers, or arrangements of folk music)
