The Five English Folk Songs were arranged in 2016 for the Inaugural Newcastle Music Festival, and premiered by the Christ Church Camerata with Newcastle Strings and the Festival Strings.  The suite contains the following songs: Blow wind, Speed the Plough, Drunken Sailor, O Waly Waly and Sailor's Hornpipe.


The arrangements are designed for an intermediate level student orchestra, with parts for younger players (Violin 3, Viola 2, Cello 2).
